Overview
This exam is a qualifying exam for the ViPR SRM 4.x Storage Resource Management (DEC) track. This exam focuses on This exam focuses on installation, configuration, and validation of ViPR SRM platform. This includes performing frontend and backend administration, platform expansion, Solution Pack deployment, and alerting management. In addition, the exam covers post-implementation activities including system monitoring, troubleshooting, and software upgrades. The exam also covers a holistic view of the platform as well as down to the components and architecture details. Finally the exam also covers the use of reporting features to monitor and meter a storage environment, but also for the ViPR SRM platform health status.
